The Standard Snipe "fill in the blank" Sailing Instructions have been rewritten to accommodate changes to the ISAF Rules and the SCIRA rules Changes dated 1/1/2000. Below are two file formats containing a template using these instructions.
- Rich Text Format (w/ graphics-680 KB rtf)/(w/o graphics 41 KB rtf)
  - Good for importing into Microsoft Word or WordPerfect (all versions)
